The "Ithaka Leadership Programme" is an 8 day leadership programme spread over 7 months for Managing Directors, Directors and Senior Managers.

Just a refreshingly simple - but very well thought through process for giving you, as a crucial person in your business, the thinking-space, the motivation and the 'peer group' framework to work ON not just IN the business.

  • For Managing and Senior Directors and Decision Makers involved in a leadership role.
  • This leadership course is £2,950 + VAT.
  • For career orientated leaders the rigour of a University Diploma for an additional fee of £620 + Vat is available (highly recommended).
  • 50% Matched funding support is available through GrowthAccelerator if your an SME with less than 250 employees and turnover below £40m. We help you obtain this.
