All of our programmes can be accredited by Coventry University, providing delegates with the opportunity to gain Certificate, Diploma or Degrees.

Public programmes are effective because they encourage idea sharing from peers in different organisations and business sectors.

In-house programmes work best where your organisation wants to bring together a team of people, often from different disciplines, to drive real change.

We also develop bespoke programmes to satisfy specific needs. This can be a collection of current components or new content. We will work with you to confirm your exact needs and define the results you want to achieve. Then we design the programme and create the content, structure and materials.

Programmes can also be accredited towards a University qualification. This not only reinforces learning through completion of assignments, it’s also a powerful form of personal development which recognises achievement.

Fees vary by programme and funding support is also available through the GrowthAccelerator scheme in certain situations.
